Information and Instructions for Applicants

Six $2,500 scholarships in the arts are available to senior high school students in Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties during the 2007-2008 season. The purpose of the scholarships is to provide assistance for furthering arts education to promising high school students involved in the visual, performing and literary arts. A $2,500 scholarship will be awarded in each of the following disciplines:

Instrumental Music, Literary Arts, Vocal Music, Visual Arts, Theatre and Dance

Scholarship recipients will be chosen based on artistic ability, academic achievement and recommendations, a CD or DVD recording in which knowledge of the art form is demonstrated and the applicant's written statement.
