Winthrop Arts has teamed up with Zapplication a portal that Winthrop are using for artists to upload their photos and application. Registration on Zapplication is free for artists. Once artists/artisans are set up with Zapplication, they can use it to apply to a number of festivals and shows. There is an application fee for the festival of $25.00 for both artists and artisans. If accepted into the Festival, the participation fee/booth fee is $125.00 for both artists and artisans. Both fees can be paid through Zapplication.com.

Over $5,000 in cash prizes to 2018 winning artists! Winning artist categories are open to artists (artisans are not eligible for cash prizes) Artists may qualify in every medium and include: Best in Show ($2,500 cash prize), First Place ($1,250 cash prize), Second Place ($750 cash prize), Third Place ($350 cash prize) and Honorable Mention ($150 cash prize). Also Friends of Winthrop Awards offer small cash prize for the recipients.
