Superheroes On Parade A Tampa art affair benefitting Southeastern Guide Dogs
Introducing Superheroes on Parade, a whimsical, dog-centered art affair inspiring the community with its menagerie of life-size dog sculptures created by local artist and sculptor Scott Moore. Hand painted by esteemed artists like you, these Superheroes on Parade sculptures are part of an exciting, unique community event to benefit Southeastern Guide Dogs.
Planned events include placement of 50+ painted dog-in-cape sculptures around town; an online contest where the community votes for their favorites and an Awards celebration.
We’re inviting you to join our Superheroes on Parade by painting one of these limited edition creative dog sculptures. As a selected artist in this collaborative community event, you’ll contribute your talent to the Tampa Bay Arts Scene and gain these benefits in return:
The opportunity to feature your work in a community-wide event with broad exposure and media coverage
Recognition as part of the team in all media, news stories, website, social media, and Awards Celebration
You and your creation featured online, with a link to your personal website
Inclusion in all print materials including posters, catalog, artist bios, media print ads, and Awards Celebration program booklet
Delivery of sculpture to your studio, sponsor location, and events at no cost
A $400 stipend as a way of saying “thanks”
