TBBCA and St. Petersburg Arts Alliance team up to bring TBBCA Chalk Walk to SPFestival-SPF16
The Tampa Bay BCA (TBBCA) and pARTner St. Petersburg Arts Alliance are thrilled to bring TBBCA Chalk Walk to the SPFestival -SPF16 in St. Petersburg on Saturday, September 24 from 10 -5 p.m. in South Straub Park along Beach Drive.
TBBCA Chalk Walk celebrates and supports the creations of artists in chalk to the theme of “Bringing Your Favorite Book Character to Life.” An interactive art experience for all ages and levels of art appreciation, TBBCA Chalk Walk offers the opportunity to interact with the artists and see the complex stages of their work. Watch talented commissioned artists bring amazing chalk drawings to life!
“We are excited to once again this year offer TBBCA Chalk Walk in downtown St. Pete and team up with our pARTner St. Petersburg Arts Alliance,” says Susana Weymouth, Executive Director of TBBCA. “It is a great opportunity to support talented chalk artists while providing a free, fun, family-friendly and accessible program for our community and driving the public to area museums and businesses.”
